I ordered from meals2go last night, i don’t really have any complaints. The site was simple to use, I found what I wanted quickly, and the payment went through without any weird errors or anything. I even got the confirmation email right away, so I’m not sure what more people expect from a food ordering site. It wasn’t some life-changing experience, but it did exactly what it was supposed to do. I’d use it again when I don’t feel like cooking.

I really liked how meals2go.com made it easy to switch the menu around without turning it into a whole hassle. I’m kind of picky with food, so being able to swap things out and pick meals that actually fit what I wanted was a big plus. The site was simple to use, the whole experience felt smooth, and my order showed up exactly right. Everything matched what I picked, so I’d definitely use them again.

One of my meals was missing from the order, which was frustrating and kind of soured the whole experience at first. I messaged support expecting it to be a hassle, but they replied fairly quickly and took care of it without making me jump through hoops. The refund got sorted and they were polite about it, so that helped. Still not great to have something missing, but I’d probably give them another try.

I was able to place my order without any real issues, so that part was fine. The site just felt a bit slow to use, like pages took longer than I expected to load, and I found myself clicking around more than I thought I would just to find certain meals. Not a huge deal, but it made the whole thing feel a little clunky

The food is usually about the same quality each time I order, and the portions are decent too. I did have one order show up late, but other than that, it’s been solid.

The food itself was okay, nothing amazing but not bad. The bigger issue was the packaging, it leaked everywhere and the box showed up all soggy, which was unappetizing. I tried reaching out about it, but the email replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really address the problem.

I’ve been really happy with how many choices they have. It’s not just the same pasta or chicken dishes every time, which gets boring fast. I started using it maybe around March, or it might’ve been April but either way it’s been easy to find something a little different each week. That definitely helps me stick with it.

The veg tasted really fresh and crisp. Nothing felt old or soggy, which I really appriciated.

The tracking was kind of confusing though. One minute it said my order was still being prepared, and then all of a sudden the driver was almost at my place. I would of liked a few clearer updates in between so I knew what was going on.

The food was fine and the delivery wasnt super late, but the lack of communication had me checking my phone way more than I wanted to. Overall, it was just an average experience.

My order arrived nice and hot, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ve had plenty of deliveries in the past show up lukewarm, so this was better than I expected.

I had a small issue with my order, and I was a little worried I was going to end up losing money or getting stuck with the problem. But customer service got back to me quickly and handled it without making a big deal out of it. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I really appreciated that they fixed it before it turned into something more frustrating. Overall, I’m happy with how it ended up.

I’ve ordered from meals2go a few times now, and for some reason the delivery timing is really inconsistent. The food usually arrives fine, but sometimes it shows up early and other times it’s 20–30 minutes late. It’s not terrible, but I definitely wouldn’t use it if I was in a hurry. The tracking could be more accurate too. Overall, 3 stars feels about right.

It was a good value overall and I felt like I got my money’s worth. The food was tasty and I’d probably go back. But then halfway through I was like, wait, is that it? The portions could definitely be a little bigger.

I’ve ordered from meals2go a few times now, the portion sizes have been good. Solid. Most of the meals fill me up without feeling tiny like some other places I’ve tried. A couple dishes could definitely use a little extra rice or more sides, but for the price, it feels fair overall. Nice. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the portions were just a bit more consistent.

The calories lined up well with what I was already tracking, which was nice to see. It felt accurate enough that I’d definitely use it again to keep an eye on my meals.

I opened the bag and thought, okay, this is packed really cleanly. The food was still hot when it arrived, and everything felt safe and well taken care of. No spills, no mess, just a smooth delivery experience.

It only took a few minutes and there wasn’t any messing about. I don’t really get why anyone would make it sound complicated, because my experience was straightforward from start to finish.

I was half expecting some random fee to pop up at the end and then have to complain and wait for an apology, but that didn’t happen. The total was clear before I paid, with the delivery fee and taxes shown right away. No weird extra charge after checkout. It’s a simple thing, but it makes ordering way less annoying...

The food was really tasty and I liked it a lot. I don’t know, if I finished everything that fast then it must’ve been good, right? Would definitely eat here again.
